Asking for Information

In a few areas on our website and online customer support tools, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit, to assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you after your visit. It is completely optional for you to participate. For example, we request information from you when you:

° Place an order
° Provide feedback in an online survey
° Participate in a sweepstakes or other promotional offer
° Subscribe to a newsletter or a mailing list
° Request online technical support

In each of the instances above, we may ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, type of business, customer preference information, customer, invoice or an order number, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to register or subscribe you to services or offers. If we ever ask for significantly different information we will inform you. In the case of newsletters or mailing lists, you will be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time.

Personal Information Privacy

PC4PEOPLE, LLC will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases, communicating this policy statement to all PC4PEOPLE, LLC employees and establishing and enforcing penalties for violating this statement.

PC4PEOPLE, LLC will not sell, rent, or give away our clients' personal information to other companies for use in selling others' products or services. When we do contract with another company to market or advertise products or services for us, we will insist on binding agreements from those companies protecting our client information. We will vigorously enforce all privacy agreements we have with other companies.

We gather personal information from our clients so we can better develop our relationship with those clients. Occasionally, we seek client comments on our products and services. These comments allow us to determine which products and services our clients should be made aware of based on their specific needs.

We will communicate with clients via e-mail or other online delivery devices only if the client agrees to receive those communications. Clients, who believe they are receiving our communications in error or no longer desire to receive them, should inform us and we will remove those clients' names from our mailing lists.

Order Info Privacy and Credit Card Security

We currently use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. Our SSL Gateway uses the safest encryption methods, and it is statistically impossible to break into. Our server will run detection software to help ensure you are using a secure browser and your information is secure when you check out. If our browser determines you are not using a secure browser, a message will appear at checkout.

To protect your information once your transaction is complete, PC4PEOPLE, LLC stores your information on an off-line server stored securely behind a firewall. There is no external access to this information and its internal access is strictly monitored.

For your protection, never put your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted e-mail. In the extremely unlikely event that we ever do suspect a client's credit card number has been intercepted, we will immediately notify the client.

We at PC4PEOPLE, LLC are secured through some of the best servers and gateways available. Your information will be protected by the highest forms of encryption currently known.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to purchases by customers from the PC4PEOPLE, LLC. entity named on the invoice that will be provided to you on orders for computer systems and/or related products sold in the United States. You agree to be bound by and accept this agreement as applicable to your purchase of product(s) or service(s) from PC4PEOPLE, LLC.. By accepting delivery of the computer systems and/or other products described on that invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (I) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PC4PEOPLE, LLC., IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (II) UNLESS OTHER PC4PEOPLE, LLC. STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in PC4PEOPLE, LLC.'s sole discretion.

Other Documents: Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between Customer and PC4PEOPLE, LLC., these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and PC4PEOPLE, LLC..

Governing Law: THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest: Terms of payment are within PC4PEOPLE, LLC.'s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by PC4PEOPLE, LLC., PC4PEOPLE, LLC. must receive payment prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by PC4PEOPLE, LLC.. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. PC4PEOPLE, LLC may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon PC4PEOPLE, LLC. until accepted by PC4PEOPLE, LLC.. Any quotations given by PC4PEOPLE, LLC. will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

Shipping Charges; Taxes: Shipping and handling will be shown on PC4PEOPLE, LLC's invoice(s). Unless Customer provides PC4PEOPLE, LLC with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to PC4PEOPLE, LLC.'s acceptance of the order, the customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for taxes on PC4PEOPLE, LLC's net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on PC4PEOPLE, LLC's invoice.

Title; Risk of Loss: Title to products passes from PC4PEOPLE, LLC to Customer on shipment from PC4PEOPLE, LLC's facilities. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

Warranties, Service and Support: THE LIMITED WARRANTIES, SERVICE AND SUPPORT (WARANTIES) APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY PC4PEOPLE, LLC ARE INCLUDED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE ALONG WITH THE PRODUCTS AND CAN ALSO BE LOCATED ON-LINE. PC4PEOPLE, LLC. MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN INFINITY SYSTEM PLUS, INC.'S APPLICABLE POLICIES IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS WILL BE EFFECTIVE, AND PC4PEOPLE, LLC. WILL BE OBLIGATED TO HONOR ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, ONLY UPON PC4PEOPLE, LLC.'S RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM TO BE WARRANTED.

Limitation of Liability: PC4PEOPLE, LLC. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. PC4PEOPLE, LLC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, PC4PEOPLE, LLC. IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
