Being an avid target shooter, it was bound to happen. I have become interested in trying out some paintball. I have several friends that enjoy it and have asked me to come out.
I do not like to be out-gunned, so I have been doing a lot of research on the right paintball guns to buy. At first, the Spyder Pilot ACS Marker seemed to be the way to go, with it’s adjustable trigger and selectable shot. But, upon further research, I think I am more interested in the Tippmann A5 Marker, as it has the 16 inch ported barrel and will help increase my accuracy. I don’t intend to get close enough to get a paintball tattoo, so this is perfect for me. I will probably also get the Draxxus paintball gear for safety.

I love this time of year! The days are warm and full of summer, the nights are colder and remind me that fall is around the corner. Picnics in the day, and fires at night. Window shopping in the afternoon. It’s the perfect time to find the best deals on your end of summer items and your early fall deals for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I am thinking of adding some lighting to the path and I need some Yard Art. Maybe I need to get a scarecrow this year to go with the jack-o-lanterns. I can’t believe it’s almost Labor day already… So much to do, so little time.
The flashlight that the LAPD helped develop with Pelican, the 7060 DUTY AND TACTICAL LED LIGHT, is now available to the public! It comes with both a momentary tail switch for tactical demands, and a neck switch for everyday patrol use. This is one cool flashlight. I wonder if it is set up for use with a standard flashlight clamp for your tactical shotgun or rifle? I am putting this on my Christmas wish list, so if a friend, boss, employee, lover, or family member was looking for the perfect gift for me, put this at the top!
