Every time I get a new piece of technology, it is almost like Christmas for me. In December, I picked up the LG EnV and I love it. On-demand video and news stories, Email, and IM all in a phone! Oh, did I mention 2GB microSD card for MP3’s… Who knows what else it does, I keep finding new things.

Oh, and I am posting this using my phone while I am fishing this morning. Amazing! Maybe I can play hooky tomorrow too, just don’t tell the boss…

I read more and more about how the house loan market is falling apart. Too many lenders were too concerned with getting the mortgages than with the ability for the people to pay back the loan.
