We switched over to LED Christmas lights last year. The new LED mini lights are so much more efficient than the old incandescent bulbs, and they last 50,000 or more hours. No more spending 6 hours trying to figure out which bulb is out every year.

These LED Christmas tree lights run much cooler than a standard bulb so they are much safer than older-style bulbs. They run just 1 degree over the current room temperature so they are basically cool to the touch. That’s another nice feature if you have kids or kids visit during the Holidays.
